Gym A Club

By participating in the Gym A Club program offered by G. Aesthetics Sportsleish Limited (“the Company”), you agree to the following terms:

- You voluntarily choose to participate in fitness classes and assume all risks involved. The Company and coaches are not responsible for injuries or accidents that occur during or related to classes.  

- You agree to pay for classes using the Gym A Coin digital currency. 

- The Company reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes at any time. Refunds or makeup classes are not guaranteed.

- You relieve the Company and coaches from liability for loss or damage to your personal property while participating in classes.

- You consent to your image and likeness being used for promotional purposes related to the Gym A Club program.

- The Company reserves the right to remove any participants who violate rules or pose a risk to safety.

By participating in Gym A Club classes, you affirm that you have read, understand, and agree to these terms. The Company reserves the right to update terms at any time.
